Delivery & shipping costs

We deliver “almost” anywhere in the world, for a fee.

For mainland France, you can choose between several options:

• Tracked letter, with tracking on the La Poste website for €6.50 whatever the contents of your order, free for orders over €59, excluding downloadable products*.
  Shipments are made by tracked letter on the internet, without insurance.
• Colissimo without insurance, with tracking number, delivered to your letterbox for €8.50.
• Colissimo with insurance, hand-delivered for €15.50.

We undertake to dispatch orders within three working days of validation for all our products except first names and gift sets, which are made-to-order products.
For these products, please allow approximately 7 days for manufacturing.

*Heavy and/or bulky products (over 3cm thick) must be sent by Colissimo.

For the United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Germany, the customer can opt for delivery without tracking by priority mail.
Shipping costs are €15 per order.

For the rest of the world, shipping costs are €20 per order.

ATTENTION: bobbin lace wafers and hardener are not shipped to countries outside the Euro zone!

For information only, delivery times vary from 4 days (for mainland France) to 1 month for certain countries (Italy, USA...), from dispatch.
All shipments are made at the recipient's risk.
