The specially printed canvas gives this embroidery all its dimension: the fish drifting in the background appear softly painted upon the fabric, while those in the foreground are to be stitched.
French knots may be beautifully be replaced with tiny seed beads to add even more texture. You’ll find them in the shop in the… beads section ;)
